How to delete your data

You can delete everything Kian Can stores about you at any time, whether you signed in with Google, Facebook, a password or an email code.

In the app (immediate)

Open Kian Can and sign in.
Open the menu (☰) and tap Family (on a tablet: the Family button).
Tap Privacy & data, then Delete my account, and confirm.

This deletes your account, your sign-in details (including the link to Google or Facebook), your parent network profile, connections and messages. If you are the only parent in your family, your family and all your children’s data go too. It can’t be undone.

To delete just one child’s data instead: Privacy & data → Delete all data for that child.

By email

If you can’t sign in, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Facebook or Google

You can also remove Kian Can from your Facebook account (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) or your Google account (Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services). That stops Kian Can using that sign-in. To delete the data Kian Can holds, use one of the ways above.
